Tim Warner

Tim Warner - Parent Governor

I was a pupil at St Swithun’s in the early 1980’s and then Matthew Arnold School, before studying Economics at the University of Birmingham. I moved back to Kennington in 2007

Since University, I have worked with a number of global organisations in a range of commercial roles. I currently head up Insights & Analytics for a Food & Beverage Manufacturer, working across the UK, Europe and Africa.

I became a parent governor in September 2012 and a member of the Performance & Standards Sub-Committee and additionally have responsibility on the Governing body for a number of things including running the Parent Survey, working with the school on the design of the School Website, and helping to promote the school to prospective parents so they are aware of the school, know how good it is and our drive to make it outstanding, and actively consider it when making the very important choice of where to send their child to school.

I am married with a son in Year 4, and a daughter in Year 1.

My children have helped to expand my knowledge and as a specialist subject on Mastermind I could choose between, among others, the animated films of Pixar, all things Dinosaurs or the life and works of Peppa Pig!
